Braziers are designed for cooking dishes on coals at catering establishments. With continuous production, the device will easily allow you to serve an institution with at least 40-150 seats (depending on the model). The barbecue oven runs on charcoal (without gas and electricity). The frying chamber is made of high heat resistance steel (17G1C (17GS) – "boiler" steel) with a thickness of 6 mm. An important advantage of VESTA furnaces is the high temperature (up to 300 ° C) inside the furnace. The heat is evenly distributed and maintained for a long time. Due to the high temperature, the natural juice of the products remains inside. The meat is cooked over an open fire, so it is baked, caramelized from the outside.
