Smokehouses VESTA K et al.
Smokehouses are equipment capable of working on coals (firewood), and when replacing a brazier with an electric or gas single-burner stove - with electricity or gas. The design of the smokehouse, made according to the "chamber within a chamber" scheme, ensures the separation of the working volume and the furnace. The chamber is heated simultaneously from all sides. Due to the separate control of the chambers, the smoke is "locked" inside the smoking chamber for the entire cooking time of the product.
